Introduction

Best Ever Banana Choc Chip Muffins! Even my kids love them! Fast, simple & yummy! Best Ever Banana Choc Chip Muffins! Even my kids love them! Fast, simple & yummy!
Number of Servings: 17

Ingredients

    3 Lg Bananas-Mashed
    3/4 C White Sugar
    1 Egg
    1/3 C Melted Butter
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 1/2 C Flour
    (I use Whole Wheat or Unbleached White & sometimes it's a mixture)
    1/2 tsp Vanilla (optional)
    Choc Chips (optional) Stick a few in each muffin & press down in batter)

Directions

Mix together-with beaters- mashed bananas, white sugar, egg(beaten), melted butter & vanilla. Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, & flour. Mix well.
Pour approx 2 tablespoons of batter into each muffin paper cup or sprayed muffin tin. Drop Choc Chips into each muffin & press into batter. Bake 350 degrees for approx 20 min.
Makes approx 17 muffins.
