Very good. I just made them for breakfast. I will make them again. I used canadian bacon instead of bacon. Next time I will add more seasonings, green onions, and asiago cheese instead of chedder. Overall great and I will freeze the leftovers for a qucik breakfast on the go. - 11/1/09

  • O.K.
As is, bland and rather dry. On the third try, I added oil, green onions, peppers, extra sharp cheese, cilantro, fig preserves instead of applesauce, and doubled the bacon bits. Better using have white half wheat flour. For seasonings I added chili powder and Trader Joes 21 Seasoning Salute. - 6/10/19
