Introduction

Adapted based on what I had around -- turned out yummy! Adapted based on what I had around -- turned out yummy!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    12 oz bag cranberries
    half of a small orange
100 grams pomegranate seeds (these are crunchy in the finished products, so leave these out if you won't like that)
    1 cup splenda
    1 cup water

Directions

Bring water and dissolved spenda to a boil. Add cranberries. Return to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes while the cranberries burst and start to look like a sauce.

Then add in the remaining ingredients. I squeezed the juice of the orange half in first, and then diced it up into little pieces for the sauce itself.

Makes 2.5 cups (5 half cup servings). A yummy source of potassium and vitamin C without a lot of calories or work.
