Introduction

My 2 year old is gobbling these up....a yummy, healthy snack! My 2 year old is gobbling these up....a yummy, healthy snack!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar
    1/3 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
    1 Large Egg
    3 Bananas
    1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 cup Flax Meal
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and egg .
Add apple sauce. Whisk until well combined.
Mix dry ingredients in a seperate bowl then add to wet ingredients. Mix in chocolate chips. Don't mix too much.
Bake for 18 - 20 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins
