Ingredients

Pizza 'Dough':
1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart Mix
3 egg whites
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Topping:
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper chopped
1 small zucchini, chopped
1/2 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Chop fresh veggies and sauté in olive oil for a few minutes, but not until tender. Add the can of diced tomatoes and heat through. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the bisquick, egg white, water and garlic powder. Spread into greased 9x13 inch pan. Top with veggie mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20-23 minutes at 400 degrees.
