Introduction

This recipe did well on my George Foreman Grill This recipe did well on my George Foreman Grill
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 pieces of fish fillet
    salt and pepper to taste
    creole seasoning to taste
    1 Tbl olive oil

Directions

Place fish fillets ( I used catfish) on plate. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Shake on the seaonings to your liking. When grill is ready place fish side down that you put seasonings on, then repeat on other side. I then closed lid on George Foreman. Flip fish after 4 min. even though the top has been down.
This is actually 2 servings.

    Quick and easy and good. I like cajun seasoning on most anything! I always slice onions and peppers to grill whenever the George Forman is out. - 1/30/10
