Introduction

Basic BBq Chicken with 250 cals per silce. Basic BBq Chicken with 250 cals per silce.

Ingredients

    1/2 Pound of cooked, diced chicken breast (no skin)
    4 Tbsp Kraft Honey BBQ Sauce
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 Whole Wheat Pizza Crust (Mama Marys tested)
    1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skin

Directions

Rub crust with 1 tsp of olive oil, Brush with 1/2 of BBQ sauce. Place chicken on top and brush with rest of BBQ sauce. Sprinkle lightly with fresh or dried basil (optional) and bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is hot and bubbly. Slice into eights.
