Introduction

This is a little lighter version of the ham salad my grandma used to make. She used a meat grinder, but a food processor works great. This is a little lighter version of the ham salad my grandma used to make. She used a meat grinder, but a food processor works great.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    3 cups corn king lean ham
    2 Boiled Eggs
    3 slices Dill Pickles, (can use dill relish)
    1 tbsp Celery, raw
    1 tbsp Chopped Sweet Onions,
    1 pkt *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    3/4 Cup Light Mayo
    1 - 3 tsp Yellow Mustard

Directions

Chop first 5 ingredients in a food processor or blender.
I chop each separately.

In a large bowl, stir mayo, mustard, and Splenda together.

Add the chopped ingredients and mix together. Serve on crackers or make sandwiches.

Makes about 4 1/2 Cups which is 18 (1/4 Cup) servings.
