Ingredients

    2 cups Venison steakettes cut into strips
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 cup Beef Broth (100% fat free/50% less sodium)
    black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & ground ginger (to taste)
    1 Green Pepper (about 1 cup) sliced
    1/2 cup onion chopped or sliced
    5 cups Flav-r-Pac Normandy Blend Frozen Vegetables
    3 cups Instant Brown Rice - cooked
    1 tbsp Mazola Corn Plus Oil (cholesterol free)

Directions

Marinate Venison in soy sauce, beef broth & seasoning for at least 30 minutes. Stir fry on high venison with marinating juices in 1 tbsp oil for about 3 minutes. Stir in Vegetables cover and continue cooking for about 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until veg. are slightly tender. Serve with rice.
