Ingredients

    Pink Salmon (fish), 2 fillet
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia)
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 1 oz
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 dash
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 4 cup

Directions

Boil water and cook spaghetti noodles as directed.
Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in pan.
Salt and pepper salmon, and cook them in olive oil - 4 minutes each side.
Peel and seed and chop 2 tomatoes.
Mince garlic.
Chop olives.
Once salmon is finished cooking and out of pan, cook garlic until slightly brown.
Throw in the rest of the ingredients and add one cup of water from cooked pasta.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, and then add the salmon.
You can break up the salmon or leave the fillets whole.
Let the salmon cook for another 2 minutes, and then plate your spaghetti, and then add the puttanesca sauce and salmon over top.
