Introduction

This dip is like a DELICIOUSLY melted peanut butter cup... it is FANTASTIC with sliced apples. This dip is like a DELICIOUSLY melted peanut butter cup... it is FANTASTIC with sliced apples.

Ingredients

    3/4 Cup Cool Whip Free (Thawed)
    1/4 Cup Natural (Creamy) Peanut Butter
    5 tsp Splenda
    1 Tbsp Mexicoca (World Market)

Directions

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

It is easiest to mix either with a mixer or a small food processor. By hand it takes forever.

Also - this is really sticky when first made - store it in the fridge overnight and it becomes a little more of a "nutella"-like consistency.
