    deli turkey
    fresh spinach
    shredded carrots
    whole wheat tortilla
    slice of red onion
    optional: slice of cheese

Directions

Microwave tortilla and spinach for 1 min. Add turkey, carrots and onion. Wrap and eat. Can add cheese when microwaving the tortilla and spinach. Makes 1 wrap.
