Introduction

Yummy, fresh veggie cream cheese. Packed with nutrients and taste, you won't miss the processed, high fat, bagel shop version at all. Yummy, fresh veggie cream cheese. Packed with nutrients and taste, you won't miss the processed, high fat, bagel shop version at all.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    3 Packages of light Cream cheese, softened
    4 large carrots, shredded or minced in food processor
    4 sticks of celery, shredded or minced in food processor
    10 radishes, ends removed and shredded or minced in food processor
    Salt to taste

    Note: You can add scallions, onion, zucchini or whatever other veggies you enjoy!

    1. Place shredded veggies in swath of paper towels and squeeze juice out over sink.
    2. Place cream cheese in large bowl, add veggies and stir until well mixed.
    3. Add salt to taste if needed.

    Serve over toasted bagels, waffles, toast or whatever you desire to get some fresh veggies in your breakfast.
