Introduction

From the October 1st 2009, Family Circle Magazine (but i changed it slightly to make it healthier, so instead of 259 calories and 14 grams of fat for 1/12 of the loaf, it's 197 calories and 10 grams of fat for 1/10 of the loaf!) so less is more in this recipe!, SOOOO DELICIOUS!!!! Ingredients

    LOAF:
    1 & 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp ground cloves
    1/5 tsp salt (or about a dash)
    1/4 cup egg substitute (Better n eggs or roundys variety)
    7 packets Truvia Natural Sweetener (or other no calorie sweetener)
    4 tsp packed brown sugar
    1 15oz can canned solid pack pumpkin (I recommend Libbys)
    1/8 cup canola oil
    1/8 cup water
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup coarsly chopped walnuts

    TOPPING:
    2 Tbsp Move Over Butter (vegetable oil spread with whipped sweet cream buttermilk, or other light butter (50 calories a Tbsp))
    2 tsp packed brown sugar
    1/5 cup all-purpose flour
    1/5 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions

1.) Heat oven to 380 degrees, coat a 9 x 5 x 3- inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray

2.) Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a medium bowl

3.)Beat egg substitute, Truvia, and brown sugar in another large bowl. Beat in pumpkin, oil, water, and vanilla until smooth

4.) Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Add pumpkin mixture. Fold in walnuts and spoon into the prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes at 380 degrees

5.) Remove loaf from oven set on cooling rack. In a small bowl melt 2 Tbsp Move Over Butter in the microwave. Add 2 tsp packed brown sugar, 1/5 cup flour, and 1/5 cup coarsely chopped walnuts. Mix well. Spread butter topping over loaf evenly.

6.) Place loaf in oven again and bake for 10-15 minutes
