Ingredients

    3 - 4 large zucchini - sliced into 1/8 strips or circles
    3 cups bread crumbs
    2 garlic cloves minced
    1/8 cup milk
    2 eggs
    Salt and pepper

Directions

Combine milk and eggs
Combine bread crumbs, garlic, salt and pepper in separate bowl
Dip zucchini in egg mixture (covering completely)
the do the same in breadcrumb mixture
fry until edges are brown... cook very quickly
