Ingredients

* 2 slices Ezekial sesame seed bread.
* 2 tablespoons of hummus. (i prefer the Sabra brand)
* 1 tomato, sliced
* 1/4 cup of alfalfa sprouts
* 1/2 avocado, sliced
Directions
lightly toast the bread.
spread the hummus onto the bread. add remaining ingredients.
salt & pepper to taste. sometimes i add some Sriracha.
