1 large boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
1/2 tomato, diced
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
half a limes juice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 garlic clove, minced
Salsa:
1/2 tomato, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 avocado, diced
1/2 small Jalapeņo pepper, diced super small
1/2 limes juice
pinch of salt
1/4 cup diced onion
Other:
4 corn torillas
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup fat free mozzerela cheese
Directions
add lime juice and garlic to a skillet. Add the cubed chicken, and spices and cook until just done. Add 1/2 the diced tomato to the chicken near the end.
