Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 cups chicken broth
    2 cups water
    1 can kidney beans-drained/rinsed
    1 can canellini beans-drained/rinsed
    1 small can garbanzo beans-drained/rinsed
    3/4 tsp italian seasoning
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    6 carrots peeled and sliced
    1 bunch scallions sliced
    1 pckg frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
    1 12oz package rotini pasta

Directions

Put all ingredients but pasta and spinach in slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low. Cook pasta al dente. Add pasta and spinach to slow cooker, cook for about 15 minutes more. Eat!

I had a really hard time figuring out how many servings. This makes a ton! Each family member had about 1 1/2 cup serving and there was a lot left over so....I guessed 12 servings.
