Introduction

A great high protein breakfast you cn make at night and they are ready to go anytime! A great high protein breakfast you cn make at night and they are ready to go anytime!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    10 Large Eggs
    1/4 cup Fat Free 1/2 and 1/2
    1/2 cup Kraft 2% or no fat shredded cheese
    8 oz of sausage (turkey sausage will cut the fat down even more)
    Any other item you like with your eggs you can add like salsa, onion, peppers..Get creative!

Directions

Spray a muffin tin with Pam to prevent sticking. Cook sausage and place in the bottom of each muffin cup. Mix together egg, half and half and cheese, salt and pepper to taste if you like. Pour mixture over the sausage to fill cup not quite to the top. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and let sit for about 5 minutes after before serving.

  • Tasty. I used Egg Substitue and Turkey Sausage which cut the calories and fat content. Will make again - 2/24/10
