Ingredients

    2 cups of rolled oats
    1 cup roasted hazelnuts - roughly chopped
    1 cup oat bran
    1 cup almonds - roughly chopped
    2 tbsp macadamia nut oil (or any oil)
    _______________________________
    1/3 cup of dates - roughly chopped
    2 tbsp golden syrup
    1 1/3 cups sunflower seeds
    1 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
    1/2 cup psyllim husks
    1/2 cup lsa
    1/2 cup dried apricots - roughly chopped

Directions

1/3 cup serving size
Heat the oil and the golden syrup and drizzle over the oats, bran and nuts in a baking tray - place in a moderate oven for 10 minutes to toast
Add the other ingredients and mix together
Serve with milk/yogurt
