2 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
2 t baking powder
3 large egg whites
2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix everything together and bake in a non-stick muffin tins filling about 2/3 of the way for 20 minutes
