Introduction

I have a dairy allergy and can't eat all the mixes you can buy but still crave hot cocoa in the winter. I created this recipe which is super low in cals as well and is only the calories from the milk / soy milk.

The amounts can be adjusted really easily for how much you want. This makes one really big mug!

Ingredients

    2 cups soy milk (or milk)
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    2 tsp sweetner (or to taste)
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    few sprinkles cinnamon (to taste)

Directions

mix together with a spoon or blender. I heat up my soy milk in the microwave (about 90 seconds) and mix the rest in my magic bullet so its frothy and yummy)
