Introduction
These granola bars cover the entire food pyramid. There is absolutely no sugar or sugar substitues, but they are sweet, chewy, healthy and delicious! This recipe makes a double batch, but can easily be cut in half. These granola bars cover the entire food pyramid. Ingredients

4 c. Old Fashioned rolled oats
1 c. Rice Chex, gluten free cereal, crushed
1 c. Quinoa Cereal
1 c. raw almonds, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 c. honey
1/4 c. molasses
1 1/2 c. crushed fresh pineapple or canned crushed pineapple in its own juice, lightly drained.
2 c. fresh pumpkin puree or 16 oz. can pumpkin puree
1/2 c. pumpkin seeds
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1 c. chopped dried apricot or raisins
1/2 c. coconut
3 tsp. Ener-G egg substitute
4 Tbls. warm water
1/3 c. nonfat instant dry milk powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Mix Ener-G egg substitue and warm water until blended. Then add the dry milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In a separate bowl add remaining ingredients and mix well. Finally, add egg and milk mixture and mix until well blended.
Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray and spread half of the mixture evenly into each pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cool and cut into 48 bars.
