    4 oz. 2% milk
    1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
    1 1/2 cups crushed ice
    No sugar added vanilla powder (Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf) 1.5 Tbl.
    3 oz. Espresso
    1 Scoop French Vanilla Protein powder (Whatever you like)


Place all ingredients together in a blender; Blend until smooth and enjoy! Should have the consistency of a milkshake.
