Great for breakfast or dessert. This is from the magic bullet recipe book however I have substituted Splenda for the sugar. Add some blueberries, banana or lemon and poppy seeds to make your favourite muffins. And less than 100 Calories each. You'll need to add a few calories depending on what you add. Ingredients

Bisquick mix 1 Cup
Soy milk (or milk) 1/2 cup
I egg
1/2 cup splenda
1 tbsp oil
*** Optional depending on the type of muffins you want
For Blueberry - add a handful of frozen or fresh blueberries
For Lemon Poppy seed add 1 tsp lemon extract and 1 tbsp poppy seeds
Banana add a few slices of banana (about 1/4 cup mashed)
Directions
Pre heat oven to 400.
Mix ingredients together to create batter. Not this is a magic bullet recipe but can be used with a regular mixer.
Add desired ingredients to batter.
Cook for 15 minutes.
