Introduction

Great for breakfast or dessert. This is from the magic bullet recipe book however I have substituted Splenda for the sugar. Add some blueberries, banana or lemon and poppy seeds to make your favourite muffins. And less than 100 Calories each. You'll need to add a few calories depending on what you add. One problem, this has an egg. Not vegan.
Can easily be made vegan, however, by using Ener-G Egg replacer. You'll save calories, fat, AND get rid of all that cholestrol.
