Just created this today!! YUMMY!!! I can't tell the difference! Canned soy beans have SO MANY grams of fiber, that the net carb level is almost NONE!! Ingredients

    Price Chopper Organic Soy Beans (whole can) or other brand
    *Tahini, 1.5 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    *Garlic Salt, .25 tsp or to taste
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp or to taste

Directions

blend all ingredients in a food processor until creamy. alter spices added to your own taste preference. Transfer to a sealable container, refrigerate & enjoy!!

    This looks great! I'm heading to the grocery store right now for the ingredients. I have been looking for a non-garbanzo bean hummus and this will fit the bill perfectly. Thanks for sharing! - 11/8/09
