Ingredients

4 cups - broccoli
1/2 cup - raisins & craberries
12 tbsp - smart balance omega plus light mayonnaise (or any type of light mayo)
8 tsp - splenda
2 tbsp - apple cider vinegar (or regular vinegar)
Directions
Cook broccoli according to package instructions.
Add broccoli into a bowl.
Mix in the raisins and cranberries, mayo, splenda, and vinegar.
Chill, and then it's ready to eat!
