Packed with flavour and not so many calories this delicous meat loaf recipes replaces traditional cheese with "nutritional yeast" which is load with nutrition and cheezy flavour without the high calories of cheese. If you do not want to use nutritional yeast, serve loaf with grated parm!Even my picky five year old (who hates meatloaf) ate it up! Ingredients

-1.2 lbs extra lean ground turkey
-1 cup panko (japanese) bread crumbs
-1 cup rice milk (or any milk)
-1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 small onion finely diced
- 1/2 tsp pureed garlic (or one clove minced)
- 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
-1 1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp ground pepper
-1/2 tsp dried oregano
-1/2 tsp dried basil
-1/4 tsp crushed dried rosemary
-1/2 tsp dried parsley
optional: 3 Tbsp ketchup mixed with 1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
1. In large bowl, combine bread crumbs and milk. Allow to stand for about five minutes so most of the milk is absorbed.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients. When well combined, spread mixture into loaf pan. (Optional, spread thin layer of ketchup and brown sugar mixture on top of loaf.)
3. Bake for about 1 hr until cooked through with no pink remaining or the loaf has reached an internal temperature of 165.
4. Allow to stand uncovered for about 5 minutes.
