Ingredients

    # 4 Chicken Breast
    # Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 3 slice
    # Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
    # Paprika, .25 tbsp
    # Poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp
    # Salt, 1 dash
    # Pepper, black, 1 dash
    #1 large egg

Directions

Beat egg in a shallow bowl with 2 tablespoons water.
In another shallow bowl grate three pieces of bread, add all the seasonings mix together. Place the chicken in the egg then in the bread crumb mixture to coat. Place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for about an hour. Makes 4 servings.
