Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef, browned
    1 small onion
    1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
    1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
    2 cups frozen corn
    1 can condensed tomato soup (10 oz)
    1 soup can of water
    1 Tbsp chili powder, or to taste

Directions

In deep sauce pan, brown the beef and onion together. Once meat is fully cooked and onion tender, add the can of diced tomato. Simmer for 7-10 minutes. Add; can of beans (drained and rinsed), frozen corn, can of tomato soup, water (measure one soup can of water), and chili powder. SImmer for 10 minutes or until heated through.

This recipe can also me made in the crock-pot. Brown beef with onion. When beef is fully cooked and onion tender, remove from heat. Put beef in onion mixture in crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
