Ingredients

1 can condensed 98% fat free Broccoli Cheddar soup
1 can condensed (healthy) chicken rice soup
2 cups skim milk
1 jar Ragu Double Cheddar Cheese sauce
16oz. bag Vegetable Medley (Broccoli, Cauliflower, carrots)
1 cup + 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cups uncooked white rice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine in bowl, milk, both soups, Cheese sauce, vegetables and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Mix well. Add rice and stir to evenly distribute.
Puor mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Cover dish with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Makes about 6 servings.
