Introduction
This chili has a great amount of kick without being too much. The beer adds a nice flavor to the whole mix. I season to taste with dried chili powder, dried garlic and onion, paprika, and cumin. I'm glad you liked it Renee! I thought the beer added a nice kick but it certainly wasn't needed. It certainly fills you up! When I make it it provides several meals for myself and my best friend who is a really big eater!
