Ingredients

    1 cup good mayo
    3 crushed garlic cloves
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 tbls dijon mustard
    2 tbls drained capers
    1 tsp drained prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
    1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)

Directions

place all ingredients into you mixer/blender/food processor and blend until it forms a thick sauce. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 4-5 days. Great with steamed artichokes, grilled veggies, etc. Could sub fat free mayo if desired. You need only a tablespoon or so to get you through!

    "All i oli" is catalan and means garlic and oil, and those are the only ingredients, well, and a pinch of salt. It should be hand made, slowly, until the garlic and the oil turned into a smooth paste.
    Anyway... I'm willing to try this recipe, but I'm afraid I'll have to name it differently. ;)
