Introduction

This was a bit of an experiment that gets better by the second day. It was surprisingly spicy - to tame it down reduce the amount of Chipotle Pepper. Ingredients

    Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
    Shallots - 3 tbsp chopped
    Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
    Ground turkey - 1lb
    Pumpkin, roasted and mashed - 2 cup
    Sweet potato cubed - 2 cup
    Maple Syrup- 2 tbsp
    Low Sodium Chicken Broth - 1 cup
    Chipotle chile in adobo sauce - 1 pepper and 1 tbsp sauce
    Shallots - 3 tbsp chopped
    Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
    Cannellini Bean - 12oz drained and rinsed
    Cinnamon, ground - 2 tsp

Directions

1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and shallots and saute for 1 minute.

2.Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Remove from heat.

3. Place turkey mixture, as well as all the other ingredients in a 5-6 quart slow cooker. Cook at low heat for 8 hours.

4. When finished cooking, stir and serve.
