Ingredients



    * Apples, fresh, 12 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
    * Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Nutmeg, ground, .5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Core and chop apples. Place in large pot. Cover with water (approximately 6 c.) add spices. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 - 4 hours until it reaches the consistency you like!
