    1.25 pound ground turkey (93/7)
    One large onion, chopped,
    One medium head cabbage, chopped
    One cup reduced fat sour cream
    One cup reduced fat cheese of choice
    3 slices of reduced calorie whole wheat bread, pulsed to crumbs in food processor
    1 tsp olive oil
    salt & pepper


Brown the turkey and onion in very large oven-proof skillet.

Add cabbage, cover and cook until crisp-tender, 8-10 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.

Mix bread crumbs and olive oil in small bowl, and sprinkle over top.

Bake in 375 oven 20 minutes.
