I am not able to have flour, so I substituted flour for almond meal. I also made large cookies, so you cam really many about 10 small ones to cut the calories. Ingredients

    almond meal - 1 cup
    splenda - 1 cup
    peanut butter - 1/2 cup
    baking powder - 1/4 tsp
    egg - 1
    butter - 1 tbsp

Directions

preheat the oven to 375 degrees
mix all ingredients in a bowl.
create flat cookies and apply to baking pan
cook in the oven for 10 min or until edges are browning on the cookies.
