    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup (remove)
    Soy Flour, .5 cup, stirred (remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .5 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Vanilla, 1 pkg
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped (remove)


all wet items in a bowl then all dry in another bowl mix
then mix together put in a pan with just olive oil spray
then bake at 325mins for up to 1hour
