Ingredients

    2 cans of 14.5 oz chipck peas
    .25 cup lemon juice
    2 tablespoons parsley
    2 tablespoons water
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1-2 cloves of garlic minced
    .25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    pita bread or raw veggies

Directions

makes1.5 cups = 10 serving
Combine all ingredients into food processor or blender except pita bread and/ or raw veggies. Blend well. Use and dip and enjoy!!
