Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 can
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *Kraft Real Mayo, 2 tbsp
    *Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.5 cup

Directions

mix all ingredients but the canola oil together in a bowl. Add oil to the skillet. Make 3 inch patties from mixture. Cook until each side is dark brown. Very good and serves 4.
