Introduction
This pie is a holiday staple in my family! My new in-laws beg me to make it for every special occasion. I realize that this is NOT considered healthy, nor is it low-calorie in any way, but I do use some swaps that help lower the fat and calories. If you've gotta have it, at least you can have it a little lighter! Just make sure to practice moderation. This pie is a holiday staple in my family! Ingredients
-
1 Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust
1 - 8oz Package Light Cream Cheese
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tub Cool Whip Free
Chocolate Syrup (optional - not included in nutrition!)
Directions
Beat cream cheese until fluffy, mix in powered sugar and peanut butter. As the mixture becomes smoother and very thick, begin to slowly fold in the whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve; at least 1 hour. If you're luck enough to have left-overs, refrigerate them!
