Ingredients

    2 cup flour
    2 cup bran
    .75 cup sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    .5 tbsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup cold coffee
    1 cup 1 % milk
    3 eggs
    .75 cup canola oil
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cups raisins

Directions

1. Grease medium sized muffin tins.

2. Mix dry ingredients well in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add the remaining ingredients.

3. Mix well and refrigerate 8-10 hours.

4. Spoon ⅔ full and bake in 350 degrees oven.
