Ingredients

    2 oz Pasta (bowties work nicely)
    3 oz Turkey Breast, shredded
    3 oz Asparagus, cut into approx 1 inch pieces
    1 Tomato, chopped
    2 Green Onions, finely sliced

    Dressing:
    1 1/2 tbs Nonfat Yogurt, Plain
    1/2 tsp Prepared Mustard
    1 1/2 tsp Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
    1 Dash Garlic Powder
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Boil pasta, drain and run under cold water until cool.

While pasta is cooking, cut asparagus, put in microwaves safe bowl with a little water, cover and cook for about 4 minutes, until "tender and crisp". Cut tomatos and onions.

Shred turkey (or peal shrimp or rince beans or slice steak or dice chicken, etc.).

Mix together yogurt, mustard, parmesan cheese and spices to create the dressing in an medium/large bowl. Toss in the other ingredients, mix until just blended and serve.
