Ingredients

2- 8 oz packages cream cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
2 large egg whites
2 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 graham cracker crusts (10" dia)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sour cream until creamy. Add sweet potatoes and brown sugar. Add egg and egg whites one at a time beating after each addition. Add Vanilla. Spoon mixture into crust.
Bake 40-50 min. or until set in middle. Remove from oven to cool. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
