Ingredients

    4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1 jar (14oz) spaghetti sauce (1 1/2 cups)
    1 cup water
    2 cups instant rice, uncooked
    1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Cook chicken in a skillet until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet, cover and keep warm.

2. Add spaghetti sauce and water to skillet, stir and bring to a boil.

3. Stir in rice; top with chicken. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
