Ingredients

    Cranberry Sauce

     2 bags of cranberries
     1 cup of white sugar
     1 cup of brown sugar
     1 cup of orange juice
     1 cup of water
     ½ cup of orange juice frozen concentrate
     ¼ teaspoon orange oil
     1 tablespoon of vanilla

Directions



Put all ingredients in NONALUMINUM, NONIRON pot – enamel is great! Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cook at rolling boil until jelled. For smooth cranberry sauce, push through a sieve to remove tiny seeds and the skins. For chunky, simply refrigerate.

Makes about 4 cups of strained sauce. Servings are 2 tablespoons.
