Great use-up for leftover corn! Great use-up for leftover corn!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Cups Corn cut from the cob
    1 Tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1 Garlic Clove, minced
    1 tsp Lemon Juice
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a wide saute pan melt butter and add garlic. When you can smell the garlic add the corn and lemon juice.
Toss until heated through, season with salt and pepper.
Serve warm, serves 4.
