Ingredients

    8oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1/2 cup + 1 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
    2 1/2 cups Light Cool Whip
    3 oz. sugar free instant vanilla pudding
    1 cup skim milk
    1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
    3 squares semi-sweet Bakers chocolate

Directions

1. Mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup peanut butter, add milk and pudding powder. Mix well. Add 1 cup cool whip. Spoon mixture into pie crust and cool.

2. Place 1 cup cool whip and 3 chocolate squares into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 1-2 minutes until chocolate is melted. Stir occasionally. Let cool.

3. When chocolate mixture is cool, pour over pie and spread evenly. Melt 1 tbsp peanut butter in microwave, and drizzle over chocolate pie.

4. Cool until ready to serve. Makes 12 servings.
