Directions

SAUTEE DICED ONION AND GARLIC CLOVES IN 1 CUP BROTH.
ADD SQUASH, POTATO, COOK 5 MINUTES
ADD ROASTED PEPPERS, REST OF BROTH AND HERBS AND SIMMER 30 MINUTES.
ADD BEANS, OLIVE OIL AND LEMON JUICE, COOK 5 MORE MINUTES AND ENJOY!
