Introduction
I just tried this recipe for dinner tonight. Trying to use just 1 tbsp of olive oil and some spices for the flavor, lots of vegetables and fish. I just tried this recipe for dinner tonight. Ingredients

1 white fish
1 tsp pepper
Salt according to taste
1 1/2 tsp corriander powder
1tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1tbsp Olive oil
2 tomatoes deseeded sliced
3 sqashes peeled and chopped
15 green french beans
10 medium baby carrots
Directions
Heat the pan.
Add 1 tbsp Olive oil.
When the oil heats up add all the spices ( corriander, paprika, cumin, pepper, salt)
Saute a little bit.
Add the vegetables and keep mixing them for sometime till all the spices are mixed up.
Add 1/2 cup water if the vegetables start sticking to the pan.
Add 1/2 tsp of dried rosemary for flavour.
Add a little pepper, salt, paprika to the fish.
Add the fish to the pan, while the vegetables are being cooked.
Keep the flame medium, cover and cook.
Check time to time whether a little amount of water is required to be added if it starts sticking.
Serve hot, with bread or brown rice.
